Construction Energy Parts”ShPK is seeking to hire a Purchasing Agent.
Location: Tirana
Working hours: Full Time
Duties
- Main duties and responsibilities: Searching for and selecting suppliers of spare parts.
- Reviewing and analyzing supplier offers to ensure competitive prices and high quality.
- Negotiating prices and supply terms with suppliers.
- Ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
- Maintaining purchase records and accurate inventory reporting.
- Managing stock and monitoring orders.
- Working closely with technical and other departments to identify needs and improve purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- Required qualifications: Higher education (preferably in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering).
- Previous experience in purchasing or buying spare parts is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.
- Good professional command of English.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong analytical skills and good negotiation abilities.
