Customer Service and Sales Agent

Position Description In our office environment, the employee will be responsible for selling and issuing national and international transport tickets, communicating with clients, preparing passenger lists, reports, and coordinating with managers.

Duties

• Customer Service & Ticketing Communicating with clients and providing information.
• Selling, reserving, and changing tickets.
• Handling client requests and issues.
• Operational Preparing and verifying passenger lists.
• Following up and finalizing passenger lists.
• Coordinating with the manager and drivers.
• Administration & Finance Recording invoices, tickets, and operational documents.
• Preparing reports under the supervision of the accountant.
• Preparing and sending invoices to agencies upon request.
• Coordination Maintaining ongoing communication with the manager, colleagues, drivers, and partner agencies.
• Following up on tasks and issues until they are resolved.

Qualifications

• Required Criteria Knowledge of English (a certificate is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting and economics (an advantage).
• Good communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Availability for full-time work.
• Currently studying or having completed studies.

Notes

What we offer

• Net salary: 55,000 lek *(for beginner candidates or those without experience).
• Salary varies depending on experience and qualifications.
• Seasonal bonus June–August!
• Employment contract.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:00 and Saturday 8:30 – 15:00, with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Sunday off.
