Director of Structure

Atdg Company is seeking to hire a Structure Director for the Bougainville Bay Resort & SPA, who will be responsible for the daily operational management of the hotel, coordinating all departments, and ensuring an excellent experience for every guest.

Duties

• Managing and supervising the daily operations of the hotel.
• Coordinating key departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Sales, and HR.
• Ensuring that each department operates according to the hotel's established standards.
• Overseeing the quality of customer service at every point of contact.
• Daily inspection of cleanliness, maintenance, presentation of facilities, and operational readiness of the hotel.
• Organizing operational meetings with department heads to follow up on tasks, issues, and objectives.
• Monitoring reservations, room occupancy, pricing, revenue, and daily hotel performance.
• Managing the operational budget, controlling costs, and optimizing expenses.
• Tracking key performance indicators such as hotel occupancy, revenue, costs, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
• Handling customer complaints professionally and taking corrective actions.
• Recruiting, training, orienting, and motivating managerial and operational staff.
• Ensuring discipline, work ethics, and adherence to procedures by all staff.
• Preparing and implementing standard operating procedures for hotel departments.
• Collaborating with suppliers, partners, and third parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring inventories, supplies, and operational needs of the hotel.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal standards.
• Providing periodic reports to company leadership on the operational and financial performance of the hotel.
• Identifying opportunities to improve service, reduce costs, and increase revenue.

Qualifications

• University degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in leadership roles in hospitality, preferably as General Manager, Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar positions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in managing staff and building effective teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational situations in real time.
• Good knowledge of financial management, budgets, costs, and revenues.
• High focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
