Retail Agent Ex-Van/Caddy

Kresha Prod sh.p.k is a coffee production and trading company with experience and passion since 2005.

We are seeking a Retail Agent - Ex-Van/Caddy, who will be responsible for expanding the client network, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and achieving monthly sales objectives.

Duties

• Achieving sales targets and ensuring product presence in the market.
• Managing relationships with existing clients and identifying new customers.
• Managing stock and ensuring product quality.
• Increasing visibility and positioning of products at points of sale.
• Placing and maintaining promotional materials according to standards.
• Monitoring the market, prices, and competitor activities.
• Supporting company activities and acting as a brand ambassador.
• Providing regular reports and maintaining professional communication.
• Updating knowledge and pursuing continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Serious, responsible, and motivated.
• Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
• Possession of a category B driving license.
• High willingness to serve clients and work as part of a team.
