Sales Agent Korçë

Atlantik Insurance Company sh.a is expanding its operations and is seeking to hire a Sales Agent at the inspection office in Korçë.

Duties

• Identifies and engages new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
• Is knowledgeable about the insurance products and services offered by the company.
• Advises clients on their insurance needs and provides appropriate solutions.
• Handles documentation and insurance application procedures.
• Maintains close relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and information.
• Regularly reports on sales activities and results at the Branch.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships.
• Is organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Has good knowledge of insurance products and the insurance market in Albania.
• Is motivated to meet the goals and objectives set by the company.
