Sales Analyst

EUROLAB INTERNACIONAL GRUP shpk, one of the leading companies in the field of import and distribution in Albania, announces a vacancy for the position: Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining master data for items, prices, and customers, ensuring their accuracy, updating, and consistency across company systems. They identify issues and contribute to improving processes and data quality.

Duties

• Master Data Management – Items, Prices & Customers Registers new items in the system according to internal standards and guidelines.
• Ensures the database is updated for items, prices, and offers across all relevant systems.
• Maintains unified codes and descriptions of items in all systems (Balance, Navision, and others).
• Maintains brands, channels, and other classification fields for items/customers.
• Manages customer registration in systems, ensuring complete and accurate data.
• Monitors classifications in the database according to company rules, ensuring accuracy and correctness in reporting.
• Creates monitoring tools to identify issues.
• Identifies and proposes ideas for further improvement of master data processing and efficiency.
• Pricing, Discounts & Labeling Applies prices and discounts in the relevant systems (e.g., Nav Serbia, Macedonia, Beauty Division).
• Ensures correct labeling of new items in company systems, according to internal rules.
• System Management & Data Quality Manages and updates data in company systems and other relevant systems, ensuring consistency among them.
• Checks that all data is recorded correctly and in accordance with agreed standards.
• Actively participates and provides support during system updates and new functionalities.
• Performs weekly checks for inactive customers in fiscal systems and ensures correct reflection in sales systems.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience in data entry, data management, sales administration, or a similar analytical/administrative role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (data management, basic analysis, and reporting).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., BC 365, Balance, or similar) is considered an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
