As part of its development, the company is seeking qualified candidates for the position of "Architect".

Position Description:
The architect is involved in all phases of project development, from the initial concept to project execution. This role includes analyzing client requirements, regulations, and design development.

Duties

• Designs and plans project delivery deadlines and supervises the architecture during the construction implementation phase;
• Has thorough knowledge of current laws and regulations, both regarding project execution and preparation of technical documentation;
• Possesses very good knowledge of design standards for various categories such as residential, different complexes with residential and hotel buildings, healthcare, education, and industry;
• Discusses with the client the purpose and type of construction requested, and inspects the construction site;
• Ensures that every architectural concept and sketch is correctly understood by interested clients;
• Reviews sketches considering client requests but always in accordance with the overall technical construction plan;
• Prepares detailed plans that accurately show how the structure will be built, including technical information or specifications of materials used and installation methods;
• Frequently visits the site to verify that plans are being properly followed and approves the materials to be used;
• Supervises and reviews the work of architectural and mechanical designers and other personnel involved in the project;
• Manages various projects, develops work plans, and ensures smooth progress of projects in all design phases, from concept to implementation;
• Collaborates with engineering staff, urban planners, contractors, and other architects, building good cooperative relationships with all parties involved in the project.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Architecture;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
• High creative and innovative skills;
• Strong artistic sense and attention to detail;
• Creative thinking and a team-oriented work approach;
• Ability to analyze work processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues;
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills;
• Very good knowledge of basic computer programs in the MS Office package;
• Excellent knowledge of professional computer programs such as Autocad, etc.;
• High professional skills in 2D and 3D modeling.
