Project Architect

Kalaja Talent Consulting is seeking to hire a Project Architect.

Duties

• Conduct site visits and identify architectural and technical issues.
• Verify on-site work against the project, drawings, and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Review drawings, implementation details, materials, and finishes.
• Follow up on RFIs, technical requests, and project changes.
• Monitor issues that may impact quality, cost, and deadlines.
• Document and report technical matters and their progress.
• Support the Development Manager and Project Manager in technical evaluations and decision-making.
• Check the compliance of solutions with the project and technical/regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 3 years of experience in architecture, design, construction/site support, or project development.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of architectural details, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to read and review architectural and multidisciplinary drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit; SketchUp is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical approach and attention to detail.
