Sales Person

Pegasus SHPK, a company specialized in distributing ophthalmic medical products, is seeking a Sales Person to strengthen its presence in the Albanian market. The successful candidate will promote and sell products from leading global companies such as Alcon Surgical, Alcon Vision Care, Tomey, Quantel Medical, Haag-Streit Surgical, Aurolab, and others, building long-term relationships with ophthalmologists, surgical clinics, and optical stores across the country.

Duties

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Sales of the full portfolio: Products from Alcon Surgical (surgical lenses, materials, and surgical equipment) and Alcon Vision Care (contact lenses and care products), as well as Tomey, Quantel Medical, Haag-Streit Surgical, Aurolab.
• Clinical meetings: Regular meetings with ophthalmologists, ophthalmic surgical clinics, optical stores, and health centers for product presentation and promotion.
• Staff training: Training client personnel on the use and benefits of the portfolio products.
• Sector management: Managing orders, monitoring the geographic territory, and periodic reporting to sales management.
• Market development: Monitoring developments in the ophthalmic market and identifying new business opportunities.
• International training: Active participation in training and seminars inside and outside the country, organized by the representative companies.

Qualifications

• Education & Academic Profile Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Preferred profile: Optometry, Physics, Pharmacy, or medical-related fields.
• Professional Experience Experience in the ophthalmic or medical field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven sales and client management skills.
• Essential Skills MS Office: Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• English Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Driving License: Category B driving license required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Organizational skills and effective time management.

Notes

Net Salary : 80,000 – 150,000 Lek/month (negotiable depending on experience)
