Since 2011, Boutique COCO has brought to Tirana the essence of Italian luxury fashion brands Alberta Ferretti, N°21, Ermanno Scervino, Blumarine, and many others.

Duties

• What you will do Greet and advise customers with elegance and professionalism - building long-term relationships is at the core of this role.
• Develop and maintain the portfolio of existing clients and attract new customers - every new contact is a great asset!
• Manage stock, arrange clothing displays, and ensure the store always looks neat.
• Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the store inside and at the entrance (deep cleaning is handled by the cleaning staff).
• Carry out accurate billing and manage the cash register in cooperation with the finance officer and colleague.

Qualifications

• The profile we are looking for At least 1 year of sales experience (luxury fashion experience is a major plus).
• Excellent communication skills - with customers and the team alike.
• A genuine passion for fashion and aesthetics - you recognize the difference between a good look and a great look.
• Appearance and dress according to COCO standards.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of the Alfa program is an advantage.
• Instagram is not just an app — you understand how content and engagement work.
• Organized, proactive, and ready to help wherever needed.
