Brand Manager Assistant

Roal Food, a leader with over 20 years of experience in importing and distributing food products, is seeking an energetic and dedicated Brand Manager Assistant to join our Marketing Department. As part of a company operating across Albania, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of well-known international brands in our market.

Duties

• Brand Management: Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans and analyze brand performance using sales data and market share.
• Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales and the effectiveness of promotional activities, analyzing market trends and brand impact.
• Promotional Activities: Coordinate promotional activities within sales networks and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaboration with the Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team and help achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or similar roles, with FMCG experience as a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with advanced English language proficiency.
