Brand & Marketing Manager / Merchandising Manager

HR Studio is seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager / Merchandising Manager for one of its partner companies, a professional experienced in brand development, marketing, and merchandising, capable of blending creativity with commercial focus and sales results.

Duties

• Develops and implements the marketing strategy and brand positioning in line with the company's goals.
• Manages the brand's identity, image, and communication standards across all channels.
• Plans and coordinates marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and brand activities.
• Manages merchandising and visual merchandising, ensuring the most effective presentation and display of products.
• Monitors the performance of products, categories, and promotions and proposes initiatives to boost sales.
• Collaborates closely with the sales team to develop marketing activities with commercial impact.
• Analyzes the market, competition, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Coordinates the preparation of promotional materials, catalogs, POS materials, and brand visual elements.
• Manages relationships with agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
• Monitors the marketing budget and the effectiveness of implemented activities.
• Prepares periodic reports and recommendations for further brand development.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and/or Merchandising.
• Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising and product presentation techniques.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and marketing activities.
• Creativity, initiative, and a strong results orientation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Possession of a driving license.
