We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team. Your role will be key in providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Join us to help create unforgettable experiences for our customers.
Duties
- Welcomes customers and assists them in placing their orders;
- Accurately identifies the meals ordered by each customer;
- Ensures all orders are delivered to customers promptly;
- Responsible for calculating and processing payments from customers;
- Reconciles the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift and records reasons for any discrepancies;
- Checks if products are active in the system and deactivates missing products with manager approval;
- Organizes the counter by placing work tools in their designated places;
- Ensures tables in the dining area are cleaned after customers leave;
- Checks during the shift that no essential supplies are missing, such as paper bags, napkins, and receipt paper;
Qualifications
- High school diploma;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends;
- Second language: English.
