Architect

Tabi Construction is seeking to hire: Architect.

A company in the construction and real estate sector is looking for an Architect with sales and client communication skills, who will combine professional architectural expertise with commercial and sales abilities.

Duties

• Responsibilities: Communicating and meeting with potential clients.
• Presenting the company's projects, apartments, and products.
• Advising clients based on their needs and the technical features of the property.
• Preparing and presenting technical and visual materials.
• Following up with clients from the initial contact through to the completion of the sales process.
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
• Collaborating with the technical, architecture, and sales departments.
• Using architectural knowledge to professionally support and promote the product.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and addressing their requests.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture.
• Work experience in architecture and/or sales, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
• Good knowledge of design and presentation software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to present and advocate for a product persuasively.
• Client- and results-oriented.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Organized, accurate, and responsible.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
