Duties
- Monitoring and verifying the accuracy of live games according to company procedures.
- Supervising Dealers’ performance during game sessions.
- Ensuring adherence to casino integrity standards and rules.
- Documenting and reporting any issues or irregularities during the game.
- Supporting the team to maintain a professional experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a casino or similar roles is an advantage.
- Strong observation and concentration skills.
- Professional communication and work ethic.
- Ability to work shifts and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
