Durres Manager

Xhaferraj Alumin shpk with over 20 years of experience in the aluminum sector, active not only throughout the Albanian market but also internationally, offering a wide range of products and systems, is looking for new staff for the Durrës branch.
Due to continuous growth, the company has an open position for: Manager.
This role involves managing production and assembly processes, as well as contacting potential clients for offering and selling systems.

The manager primarily works from the company's main sales points/warehouses, coordinating production and assembly teams to meet client needs.

Duties

• Leads and coordinates production and assembly teams to ensure efficiency and quality at every stage of the process.
• Contacts potential clients, prepares, and presents tailored offers for systems and products.
• Analyzes client requirements and suggests the most appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Supervises the production process from order to final delivery to the client.
• Ensures production and assembly deadlines are met according to client agreements.
• Reports to the Administrator on process progress, challenges, and improvement suggestions.
• Upholds the organization's values by maintaining confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Work experience in production or sales management is mandatory.
• Technical knowledge of aluminum systems and/or construction materials is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good command of English and/or Turkish is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
