Position: Project Architect

Department: Engineering

Location: Tirana

Position Summary: Architect responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing architectural projects, ensuring compliance with the project's technical, legal, and aesthetic standards.

Duties

• Architect Duties: Designing and developing architectural projects through all phases (concept, design, and implementation).
• Coordinating the project with engineers (structural, MEP) and other involved parties.
• Studying and fully familiarizing themselves with the developed project and its specifications when prepared by third parties.
• Communicating with the construction site and investor, proposing architectural solutions, and coordinating with other disciplines.
• Accepting projects submitted by third parties if they comply with the construction contract, approved plans, permits, and current legislation for land use and development.
• Reviewing construction drawings for compliance with the developed project and making adjustments as necessary.
• Regularly visiting the construction site to ensure proper project implementation.
• Designing various project elements according to supervisors' requests.
• Maintaining continuous communication with the construction site staff.
• Preparing technical drawings and architectural details.
• Monitoring project implementation on site and verifying compliance with the project.
• Collaborating with project management and the investor on technical and aesthetic solutions.
• Applying current urban planning and construction legislation.
• Preparing and updating the project's technical documentation.
• Providing periodic reports on work progress.

Qualifications

• Qualifications University Degree in Architecture
• With or without experience in design and implementation;
• Strong coordination and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills and clear expression of ideas and solutions;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to offer technical solutions;
• Critical skills in finishing details, both functionally and aesthetically;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Very good command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
• Knowledge of legislation on land use and development;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D and 3D), MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledge of BIM software (such as Revit, Navisworks, etc.) is an advantage.
