Economist

Infosoft Software Developer "FINANCA 5" with 35 years of market experience in software production and sales is seeking to hire an Economist.

Duties

• Recording daily documents.
• Maintaining correspondence with specific clients via email, and contacting them regarding the progress of work processes.
• Collaborating with technical staff to improve service quality and resolve configuration or technical issues.
• Conducting periodic checks on the Procurement portal (App.gov.al).
• Preparing public tender documentation in accordance with public procurement law.
• Handling various correspondence and communications with Authorities, based on legal deadlines and tender documents, etc.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from the Faculty of Economics.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of the financial software Financa 5.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Accurate and responsible in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Strong technical skills in document control and preparation.
