Storekeeper

Dimal INC is a newly established company in meat product processing looking to hire a Storekeeper.

Duties

• Verify incoming goods to the warehouse by quantity, lot, and expiration date.
• Keep records of discrepancies that may arise compared to documentation and the physical warehouse stock.
• Register goods in the Navision program through checking, including goods that are in excess or shortage.
• Arrange goods in the warehouse according to designated spaces.
• Manage the dispatch of goods by date and lot expiration through checking and recording them in the system.
• Responsible for the inventory status in the warehouse under their charge by quantity, date, lot, and product quality.
• Control stock according to expiration dates and coordinate with other departments for timely dispatch, providing monthly stock reports by expiration date.
• Maintain records of refrigerator room temperatures and file them in folders.
• Maintain product traceability.
• Invoice wholesale sales to clients and file invoices.
• Check client orders to ensure the product matches the quantity and quality requested by the client.
• Execute sales agents' orders according to the sent order and sequence.
• Monitor and control the entire goods transfer process and resolve any issues during the process.

Qualifications

• Completed higher education, preferably in economics.
• At least 1 (one) year of experience as a storekeeper in a distribution or production company.
• Good knowledge of computer programs.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
