Financier

"Anchor Investments" sh.p.k is a prestigious company in the Albanian market operating in construction, infrastructure projects, and public and private reconstructions, offering complete solutions from design to implementation with high professional standards and modern technology. It currently operates on several sites in Tirana and Palasë. As part of the company's growth and staff expansion, we are seeking a Financier.

Duties

• Role and responsibilities: Recording sales and purchase invoices.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Recording bank transactions in Financa 5.
• Maintaining client and supplier ledgers.
• Performing detailed periodic checks of income and expenses.
• Recording all transactions in cash and bank journals.
• Conducting periodic inventory counts.
• Accounting for salaries, VAT, insurance, and other entries.
• Reconciling the Purchase Book in Finance5 – Self Care.
• Filing tax and insurance declarations.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Completed higher education in Finance or related fields.
• 3-5 years of work experience.
• Familiarity with the Financa 5 program.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Analytical and organizational abilities.
