Junior Finance Officer

We are seeking a Junior Finance Specialist who is eager to grow professionally and join our financial team. This role is perfect for a young professional aiming to build a successful career in finance and accounting by engaging in daily financial activities and supporting the department's operations.

Duties

• Supporting the team with recording and processing financial and accounting documents.
• Processing and reconciling daily financial data using Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Preparing basic financial reports and verifying purchase and sales invoices.
• Filing and organizing financial documents accurately and systematically.
• Communicating with other departments or partners regarding operational financial issues.
• Carrying out other supportive tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

Qualifications

• Education: Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of finance and accounting.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• Personal skills: Good organizational abilities, dedication, accuracy, and effective communication.
• Attitude: High motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• Experience: Previous experience is an advantage but not required.
