Financial Officer

Hotel Rosa Blu is seeking to hire a Financial Officer.

Duties

• Oversee and maintain control of the company’s entire financial and accounting system.
• Establish and maintain control over data entry procedures in the accounting software.
• Continuously and precisely supervise financial processes.
• Conduct regular analyses and checks of client invoicing and payments, identifying clients with liquidity problems.
• Maintain financial reports with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure all documentation is properly archived with all necessary information to maximize the finance department’s efficiency (including relevant files for clients/suppliers, cash/bank records, employees and payrolls, assets, etc.).

Qualifications

• Completed higher education at the Faculty of Economics, Finance department.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and Finance 5.
• Strong knowledge of planning and resolving economic-financial issues.
• More than 4 years of work experience.
• Basic knowledge of English.
