TechnoBuild 2018, is one of the investment groups introducing innovation to Albania by combining international standards with local expertise. Founded in 2018 in Tirana, it is implementing several development projects on "Ramazan Farka" street, near the Botanical Garden, close to "Teodor Keko" street, and others.

Position Description: They are responsible for verifying and recording purchase and sales invoices, ensuring compliance with current fiscal legislation and the company’s internal procedures. They also oversee contracts and collections from clients, ensuring consistency between contractual terms and payments received.

They review and analyze in detail the monthly expenses and revenues of the projects they manage, aiming to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Duties

• Verify, record, and track purchase and sales invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts and supporting documentation
• Perform monthly accounting of all financial transactions in accordance with National Accounting Standards and applicable legislation
• Monitor and analyze monthly expenses and revenues for each project under management, and prepare the corresponding financial reports
• Follow up on contract reports and client collections, ensuring consistency between contracts and payments received
• Prepare profit and loss reports by project and analyze their financial performance
• Work closely with other departments to verify the financial documentation of ongoing projects
• Assist in preparing monthly tax declarations, including purchase and sales ledgers, VAT, and withholding tax
• Participate in the monthly and annual closing of financial statements and balance sheets
• Ensure proper storage and archiving of accounting documentation according to company procedures
• Manage communication with suppliers and clients regarding invoices, payments, and financial documentation

Qualifications

• Holds a university degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Has 2–4 years of professional experience in the construction sector.
• Has good knowledge of the New National Accounting Standards (SKK).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates initiative, strong communication skills, and effective teamwork.
• Is solution-oriented and follows up on issues until resolved.
• Has practical experience with Financa 5 and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV software.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• More than 2 years of experience in a construction or investment company is considered a plus.
