Experienced Web Journalist

Shqiptarja.com is looking to expand its online editorial team and is seeking an experienced Web Journalist for full-time employment.

Duties

• Preparing, editing, and publishing news on the portal in real time.
• Continuously monitoring current events and major developments both nationally and internationally.
• Updating portal content and adapting materials for online publication.
• Verifying information and sources before publishing.
• Collaborating with editors and field journalists to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality information.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in journalism, especially in online media.
• Degree in Journalism, Communication, or related fields.
• Excellent skills in writing, editing, and correct use of the Albanian language.
• Good knowledge of current events and ability to identify and develop news stories.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and under time pressure.
• Responsibility, accuracy, and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Notes

Work schedule with shifts:

• Shift I: 07:00 – 15:00
• Shift II: 15:00 – 23:00
