Graphic Designer
About the job
Vatan.al is seeking to hire a Graphic Designer with a strong aesthetic sense, solid understanding of branding, and the ability to create professional visual communication for the Vatan brand.
This role involves creating visual materials for social media, digital campaigns, outdoor advertising, events, horeca, and various promotional materials.
Duties
- Creating visual materials for social media, digital campaigns, and online communication.
- Designing billboards, posters, banners, citylights, and other outdoor formats.
- Maintaining and developing the visual identity of the Vatan brand.
- Creating promotional materials for horeca, points of sale, events, and marketing activations.
- Preparing final files for print and digital according to technical standards.
- Creating mockups for presentations, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Collaborating with marketing teams and creative partners to deliver projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Advertising, FMCG, Horeca, or creative agencies.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work in branding, social media, print, or outdoor advertising.
- Good understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience preparing materials for print and digital.
- High attention to detail, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
- Experience with beer brands, beverages, horeca, events, or consumer products.
- Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics, Adobe After Effects, or simple animations.
- Experience in Packaging Design, Label Design, Mockups, and Retouching.
- Ability to adapt designs according to brand identity and objectives.
