Shop Assistant in Durres

"ITE Group" is one of the leading companies in the Albanian market for electrical materials, electronic devices, and photovoltaic systems. "ITE Group", acting as a retailer and distributor in Albania, represents some of the most prestigious companies worldwide. Our key partners include Schneider Electric, Philips, Bosch, Huawei, Vimar, Vortice, 3M, Pramac, Arnocanali, Prysmian Group, Femi CZ, Electrocanali, and others. An important part of "ITE Group" is the Electrical Panel Assembly department, established in 2006. This department produces electrical distribution panels, conditioning panels, and industrial automation panels. The company is authorized as a Panel Builder by "Schneider Electric" for up to 4000 A.

To expand our team, "ITE Group" is looking to hire a Shop Salesperson for one of our stores in the city of Durres.

Duties

• Provide quality service to every person who approaches the counter by assisting them with information, offers, and fulfilling requests according to company procedures.
• Inform customers about the features of the products offered in the store and provide necessary explanations to fulfill requests from the store or company warehouse stock.
• Complete the sales process, deliver goods according to customer requests, issue invoices, and handle payments.
• Record and report any stock shortages observed in the store.
• Manage store supply from the central warehouse by preparing requests to replenish stock levels and following company procedures for this process.
• Check the inventory status.

Qualifications

• Have good knowledge of electrical materials (technical knowledge is an advantage).
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and prior experience with recording goods invoices (product entries and exits).
• Have experience in similar fields.
• Possess excellent communication skills with customers.
• Demonstrate full dedication during working hours.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Maintain confidentiality.
