Gym Instructor

The gym instructor is responsible for communicating with clients, supervising exercises and physical activities, actively engaging clients in workout programs, and training clients on the proper use of gym equipment.

Duties

• Organizes work programs for physical activities based on clients' needs and abilities;
• Recommends appropriate breathing techniques to use during physical activities;
• Advises clients on how to use the equipment;
• Prepares and leads the aerobics program according to the established schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education;
• Over 2 years of experience working as an instructor in gyms with a high level of service;
• Must have knowledge of gym equipment usage;
• Must be familiar with modern physical therapy techniques;
• Must have knowledge of foreign languages: English and Italian.
