Inventory Clerk (M)

Our company is seeking to hire an Inventory Clerk (M) to supervise and manage inventory processes. This role is essential to ensure the accuracy of inventory data and enhance operational efficiency.

Duties

• Conduct periodic and unplanned inventories as required by the company.
• Verify the physical condition of goods and compare it with system records.
• Identify, analyze, and report inventory discrepancies.
• Check the accuracy of goods entry and exit documentation.
• Collaborate with the Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to record and clarify discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory outcomes.
• Monitor the process of resolving identified discrepancies.
• Track stock movements and identify issues that could impact inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to stock administration and control.
• Perform other tasks related to the position as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of financial processes and inventory management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with financial/ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Responsible, accurate, and able to work in an organized manner.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in inventory, finance, or warehouse is an advantage.
