Construction Implementation Engineer

AGIKONS Sh.p.k., one of the leading companies in the construction sector, committed to excellence and high quality, invites qualified individuals to join the Technical Department in the position of: Construction Implementation Engineer.
The Construction Engineer will provide technical support throughout all construction phases, in accordance with the project, budget, and technical specifications, to maintain standards and facilitate the certification of works until the handover of the building.
Duties
- Ensures the availability and collection of all necessary information for project implementation according to the contracting agreements.
- Reviews and interprets project drawings and specifications to ensure the technical execution of the work.
- Collaborates with the Team to prepare the Technical–Legal & Technical–Financial documentation of the building until its final handover.
- Performs numerous engineering tasks on site including monitoring, technical evaluation of work in progress, and resolving construction issues on site.
- Ensures that all work within their scope of responsibility is carried out in compliance with quality standards.
- Conducts periodic tests and inspections within approved procedures.
- Ensures that the assigned team personnel follow safe work practices in accordance with specific site safety procedures and industry standards.
- Monitors construction schedules and assists in evaluating progress.
- Maintains a daily log recording construction phases as well as engineering data for project reports.
- Prepares budgets, monthly reports, measurement books, timesheets, etc.
- Provides solutions for technical engineering problems and coordinates the implementation of these solutions.
- Reports to the Chief Engineer.
Qualifications
- Degree from the Faculty of Construction Engineering.
- At least 3 years of previous work experience.
- Proficient in AUTOCAD and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and managerial skills.
- Strong skills in reading and implementing projects.
