Construction Site Engineer

ALMO Konstruksion Sh.p.k is a company operating in the construction sector in Albania, founded in 1996.

The company is looking to expand its Technical staff for the position: Site Construction Engineer

Duties

• Organize, coordinate, and oversee the daily work processes on the construction site.
• Supervise the execution of works according to the project, budget, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate the work of workers, subcontractors, and various teams engaged on the site.
• Monitor the progress of works and ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Inspect materials used on site and verify their quantities.
• Read and interpret projects, technical drawings, and implementation details.
• Identify and report technical issues encountered during the execution of works.
• Maintain and update documentation and reports of the works carried out on site.
• Meet deadlines and take necessary actions to complete the works as planned.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Act in line with the company’s objectives, goals, and targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of the company’s information and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in AUTOCAD and knowledgeable in the Office Suite.
• Ability to manage projects and various contracts involved in infrastructure and civil construction projects.
• Ability to effectively present issues, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, report preparation, etc.
• Excellent communication, managerial, and organizational skills.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Over 3 years of work experience.
