Construction Engineer

Billa & Co Sh.p.k is a dynamic company operating in the Albanian market in the trade of tiles, parquet, sanitary ware, and construction materials. With a strong commitment to quality and customer service, we aim to expand our team with motivated and professional individuals. Due to the growth of our portfolio and new investment projects, Billa & Co is seeking to hire an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee technical follow-up and manage works on site.

Duties

• Monitoring and supervising works on site according to the technical project;
• Controlling the quality and compliance of works with the project and technical specifications;
• Checking volumes, estimates, and work progress;
• Coordinating technically with designers, contractors, and subcontractors;
• Monitoring work progress and ensuring deadlines are met;
• Identifying and resolving technical issues during implementation;
• Providing periodic reports on progress and any issues encountered during the works.

Qualifications

• University degree in Construction Engineering;
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in implementing and/or supervising construction works;
• Experience managing projects from initial phase through completion is an advantage;
• Strong skills in reading and interpreting technical projects;
• Knowledge of estimating and controlling work volumes;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office;
• Good command of English language (both written and spoken);
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Responsible and capable of solving problems on site.
