Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer with experience in procurement, who will combine technical expertise in the electrical field with managing bidding and procurement processes, as well as preparing documentation for tenders.

Duties

• Monitoring and managing procurement processes.
• Identifying and analyzing tenders aligned with the company's activities.
• Preparing technical and administrative documentation for tender participation.
• Analyzing technical specifications, estimates, and project requirements.
• Preparing and calculating technical and financial offers.
• Researching, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers for electrical materials and equipment.
• Receiving and comparing offers based on price, quality, and technical specifications.
• Tracking orders, delivery deadlines, and related documentation.
• Collaborating with design, implementation, and finance departments to prepare offers.
• Verifying the compliance of materials and equipment with the project's technical requirements.
• Following deadlines and tender procedures through to completion of the process.
• Maintaining documentation and a database of suppliers, offers, and tenders.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience in procurement, preferably in the technical or energy sector.
• Candidates who have completed internships/professional practice or have prior involvement in companies and institutions in the energy sector are preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical projects and specifications.
• Knowledge in preparing estimates and analyzing offers.
• Good knowledge of tender procedures and documentation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers.
• Organized, accurate, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Excel programs.
