Electrical Engineer for Maintenance/Implementation at Photovoltaic Plants in Fier

As part of staff expansion, Kompania ITE Enineering shpk , operating in the field of electrical project implementation, is looking to hire an Electrical Engineer for Maintenance/Implementation in Photovoltaic Plants.

The goal of this position is to ensure the optimal performance of photovoltaic plants through professional maintenance, proper execution of tasks, and guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of electrical systems.

Duties

• Monitoring the operation of electrical systems in photovoltaic plants (PV modules, inverters, transformers, electrical panels, DC/AC cabling, protection and control systems).
• Performing periodic inspections, diagnostics, and identifying technical issues in the plant.
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance according to maintenance plans.
• Analyzing alarms and faults of inverters, SCADA/monitoring systems, and electrical equipment.
• Following up and coordinating installation, assembly, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Supervising the execution of electrical works on site according to projects, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Checking the quality of materials and equipment used during implementation.
• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Performing electrical measurements and tests (insulation, continuity, grounding, voltage, current, etc.).
• Preparing technical reports on maintenance, interventions, and equipment status.
• Identifying needs for spare parts and coordinating technical interventions.
• Collaborating with installation teams, operators, suppliers, and technical contractors.
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures at work and standards for electrical works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering (energy profile preferred).
• Experience in maintenance or implementation of electrical systems; experience in photovoltaic plants is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, low/medium voltage equipment, and electrical protections.
• Ability to analyze electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of monitoring systems (SCADA) and fault diagnosis.
• Organizational skills, responsibility, and problem-solving orientation.
• Willingness to work on site and perform technical interventions as needed.
