Hotel Rosa Blu is seeking to hire a Electromechanical Engineer for Building Maintenance.
Duties
- Manages the repair and maintenance process of the company’s buildings, ensuring efficiency and optimal operation.
- Identifies equipment issues and performs necessary repairs at the company’s buildings.
- Inspects for defects and opens the relevant files in the system based on the findings.
- Ensures timely completion of routine maintenance services.
- Continuously monitors and assesses the condition of the buildings.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational secondary education in electromechanics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles required.
- Strong technical skills related to troubleshooting and problem-solving are essential.
