About the job
EVEREST shpk – The factory producing aluminum profiles and building facades is seeking a Foundry Engineer to support our team in a highly dynamic production environment within the Foundry Department.
The Foundry Engineer, working closely with the Department Manager, is responsible for managing and optimizing the aluminum melting and casting processes, ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and adherence to technical and safety standards. The engineer collaborates closely with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive continuous process improvements.

Duties
- Main Duties: Plan, organize, and supervise the aluminum melting and casting processes.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure the quality of the final product.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
- Collaborate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Implement technical standards, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
- Analyze technical issues and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Qualifications: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials, or related fields.
- Work experience in foundry or aluminum industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of aluminum melting, alloying, and casting processes.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both in a team and under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with technical software is an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of design and material analysis software.
