The company 4 A-M shpk, active in construction, design, and implementation, is seeking to hire a Mechanical Engineer.
Duties
- Plans, coordinates, and supervises all phases of mechanical maintenance for machinery, equipment, tools, or vehicles, ensuring the mechanical maintenance plan is carried out.
- Monitors inventory and upkeep of materials and spare parts, reporting on the quantity and quality needed during various project implementations.
- Leads, manages, and supervises the mechanical team.
- Prepares and tracks the schedule for mechanical work execution.
- Participates in developing and enforcing technical safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
- University Degree and Master's from the University of Tirana.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role.
- Ability to work well in a team and excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English is an advantage;
