Construction Engineer Shkoder

DBH CONSTRUCTION sh.p.k is a company founded in Tirana in 2020, providing services in the field of civil and industrial engineering.

As part of its business development, DBH Construction is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Implementation Engineer for its newest project in Shkodër:

Duties

• Organizes work on construction sites, directs and supervises the step-by-step execution of the project.
• Proposes and resolves, in collaboration with the designer and supervisor, any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
• Prepares the Risk Assessment for the construction site, provides technical training to workers monthly and whenever new workers arrive.
• Prepares the work schedule and continuously updates it.
• Is responsible for ensuring all conditions and requirements of the Law on occupational safety and technical insurance of workers are met.

Qualifications

• Employment criteria: Must have completed higher education in Construction Engineering.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as an Implementation Construction Engineer.
• Must have excellent skills in organizing construction sites and managing works.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Must have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD, etc.
• Must hold a class B driving license.
