Lawyer/Attorney

Fare Impresa Legal and Fiscal Studio, specialized in providing legal, fiscal, and administrative services for foreign companies in Albania, is looking to expand its team with a: JURIST / LAWYER

Duties

• Responsibilities and duties Supports and handles the operational tasks of the department.
• Follows procedures for permits, licenses, authorizations, and other legal matters.
• Communicates and coordinates with notaries, public institutions, consultants, suppliers, and visitors.
• Communicates and holds meetings with the studio's clients.
• Participates in meetings at various institutions to follow up on and resolve clients' legal matters.
• Prepares, manages, and monitors clients' legal documentation and procedures.

Qualifications

• Position requirements University degree from the Faculty of Law.
• A lawyer's license is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong skills in using Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dedication, accuracy, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
