Hotel Rosa Blu is seeking to hire: Lawyer with a Bar License.
Duties
- Basic Functions and Purpose of Responsibilities: Overseeing all legal procedures.
- Manages, monitors, and is responsible for preparing the legal documentation of cases.
- Keeps the office updated on legislative changes.
- Drafting contracts.
- Preparing documentation and handling procedures required by the company.
- Managing correspondence with institutions and legal entities.
Qualifications
- Must hold a bar license.
- Proficient in English.
- Over 30 years old.
- Graduate of the Faculty of Law.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing high workloads.
- Good judgment and confidentiality in work matters.
- Capable of negotiating and working independently or as part of a team.
- Clear and precise drafting of documentation prepared to protect the company's interests in compliance with current legislation.
