As part of its development, Agikons is looking to hire a Lawyer.

Duties

• Draft contracts and various agreements that the company enters into with clients, suppliers, etc.
• Manage various administrative processes such as obtaining construction permits, exploitation permits, mortgaging buildings and residences, property mortgage verification, and other procedures necessary for constructing a building.
• Represent the company before administrative institutions and handle legal procedures, appeals, objections, and official correspondence with state authorities regarding specific legal matters related to the company’s operations.
• Represent the group companies in various judicial matters, including drafting lawsuits, appeals, and managing negotiations.

Qualifications

• Must have completed higher education in Law.
• Must have at least 5 years of work experience as a Lawyer.
• Must have experience in judicial matters.
• Must have very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must have excellent skills in clearly formulating legal opinions and writing them according to required formats.
• Must have excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Must have very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the online system E–Albania.
