Job position: Client Advisor
Department: Retail
Location: Tirana, Next to Hilton Garden Inn Hotel

The main focus of a Client Advisor is to provide customers with exceptional service and maintain the area under their responsibility.

Duties

• Responsible for delivering the monthly sales plan for their sector;
• Communicating with and serving customers according to company standards;
• Responsible for maintaining their sector;
• Following and implementing sales instructions in their sector;
• Organizing the positioning and presentation of products in their sector;
• Managing customer complaints and feedback according to company standards;
• Having excellent knowledge and monitoring of product stock in their sector;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (University Degree is an advantage);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Energetic and enjoys working in customer relations;
• Polite and confident;
• Willing to work under pressure and in challenging situations;
• Creative.
