Sales Consultant

Trita Hospital, as part of expanding its activities, is seeking to hire a Sales Consultant, Base Salary + attractive commission.

In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and managing new clients, handling bookings and cancellations efficiently, and other tasks as detailed below.

Duties

• Effectively and efficiently make phone calls to clients to provide information about the services offered by the hospital;
• Inform visitors about the hospital's services;
• Become familiar with the hospital management systems;
• Handle bookings in accordance with standard operating procedures;
• Communicate and collaborate with the Marketing Department;
• Maintain files and reports as per specific requirements;
• Ensure accurate recording of all bookings, packages, and special discounts;
• Manage and send confirmations according to client requests;
• Understand and apply the hospital’s policy on guaranteed bookings and no-shows;
• Gather relevant information about areas of interest to contact clients based on special seasons.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
• Strong communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Experience in customer service and a cooperative attitude;
• Flexibility to adapt to various work situations;
