Production Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, responsible Production Coordinator with strong coordination skills, who will be responsible for organizing and overseeing production processes, ensuring the plan is completed on time and meets the required standards.

Duties

• Plans and coordinates daily production activities.
• Organizes and assigns tasks to staff based on priorities and the work schedule.
• Monitors production progress and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensures processes are carried out according to quality standards and company procedures.
• Coordinates material, raw material, and work tool requirements with the warehouse and relevant departments.
• Records and reports any issues or delays during the production process.
• Tracks productivity and performance of the work process.
• Collaborates with warehouse, logistics, sales, and administration departments to ensure timely order completion.
• Prepares periodic reports on production progress and outcomes.
• Suggests improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably in Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.
• Experience in production, coordination, or operational management is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with the team.
• Responsible, accurate, and results-driven.
• Capable of working under pressure and resolving operational challenges.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
