Coordinator at a Dental Clinic

Our dental clinic in Tirana is seeking a Clinic Coordinator (Receptionist) to manage daily operations and deliver excellent customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and assist with scheduling appointments and managing information.

Duties

• Answer phone calls and manage patient emails to provide information and schedule appointments.
• Organize and coordinate patient appointments according to doctors' schedules and patient needs.
• Handle visit registrations and manage patients' medical records in our management system.
• Provide information and assistance to patients about the services and procedures offered at the clinic.
• Work closely with medical staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the clinic.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering necessary supplies for the clinic.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and patient spaces.
• Address patient concerns professionally and empathetically, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Albanian and English, both spoken and written — mandatory.
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Clear, polite, and professional communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient data.
• Experience in coordination, administration, or customer service is a plus.
