Head of Sales

HR STUDIO is seeking a Head of Sales with strategic vision and advanced leadership skills to lead and develop the sales function at the organizational level. This role is crucial for enhancing company performance, building sustainable strategies, and developing a strong, results-driven team. Experience in Horeca is preferred.

Duties

• Leads and manages the entire sales department
• Develops and implements the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives
• Sets monthly and annual targets for the team and ensures they are met
• Monitors team performance through analysis and regular reports to the CEO
• Identifies new business opportunities and expands into new markets
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with strategic clients and partners
• Leads the product development and new offerings process from a sales perspective
• Oversees the sales process from lead generation to contract closure
• Implements structures, processes, and KPIs to improve team efficiency
• Works closely with other departments (marketing, finance, operations)

Qualifications

• Significant experience in sales, preferably in leadership roles (Head / Director / Senior Manager)
• Proven ability to build and manage sales teams
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in developing new markets and products
• Driving license (Group B)
• Very good command of English and Italian
