Warehouse Clerk Palase

"Anchor Investments" sh.p.k is a prestigious company in the Albanian market operating in construction, infrastructure projects, and public and private reconstructions, providing complete solutions from design to implementation with high professional standards and modern technology. Currently, it operates at several sites in Tirana and Palasë. As part of the company's growth and staff expansion, we are seeking an Experienced Warehouseman / Palasë.

Duties

• Role and responsibilities: Be well versed in the Finance 5 program
• Responsible for placing, organizing, and managing all materials in the warehouse
• Conduct inventory of materials and document every entry and exit in the warehouse
• Responsible for preserving material value according to the technical conditions required for each item
• Responsible for maintaining order and legality in completing all documentation for material entries and exits
• Completing entry slips, exit slips, minutes, warehouse diary, cards, etc.
• Keeping detailed reports for every incident, breakage, damage, or misuse
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Must have higher education.
• Must have very good computer skills.
• Familiarity with the Finance 5 or similar program.
• Excellent communication skills.
