Position: Storekeeper

Position Description:

The storekeeper is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing goods/parts in the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy and maintaining order in the warehouse premises.

Duties

• Main duties and responsibilities: Receiving and inspecting goods/parts entering the warehouse.
• Verifying quantities and matching them with the relevant documentation.
• Organizing and labeling products according to categories and codes.
• Preparing and delivering goods/parts as requested.
• Recording warehouse entries and exits in the system or documentation.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Conducting periodic inventories.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and operational.
• Ensuring the proper storage of goods and preventing damage.
• Collaborating with other departments regarding supplies and goods movement.

Qualifications

• Position requirements: Good organizational skills and accuracy in work.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.

Notes

Working hours:

• Monday-Friday 08:00-20:00
• Saturday 08:00-13:00
