Kalaja Talent Consulting is hiring a Manager Underwriting Team.
Duties
- Manage and organize the daily workflow and team activities.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and performance.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
- Analyze results and implement performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and company standards.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience, including team management experience.
- Experience in financial services, banking, lending, credit, or underwriting is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of KPIs and performance management.
- C1 level of English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
