Store Manager Gjirokaster

Kalaja Talent Consulting is seeking to hire a Store Manager in Gjirokaster.

Duties

• Managing and organizing the work of a team of 5 staff members.
• Scheduling shifts and setting staff working hours.
• Overseeing the store's daily operations.
• Maintaining service standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Monitoring stock, products, and store requirements.
• Tracking staff performance and meeting targets.
• Handling daily issues and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in store management, sales, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Reliability, accuracy, and good communication with customers.
• Residence in Gjirokastër or willingness to work in Gjirokastër.
