Store Manager Elbasan

Buzi Store, as part of its staff expansion, is looking for a capable and experienced Store Manager for its sales locations in the city of Elbasan. Ideal candidates should have previous experience managing a store or similar business, strong communication and organizational skills, and be committed to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations and supervising the sales staff.
• Creating the weekly schedule and assigning shifts for the sales team.
• Training staff on company procedures and policies.
• Organizing product training sessions for the sales staff.
• Maintaining product presentation in the store (merchandising).
• Coordinating with product managers to improve operational and sales processes.
• Addressing issues and providing guidance to staff.
• Ensuring the store’s daily supply needs are met.
• Collaborating across departments during campaigns or operational requirements.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and reporting to relevant management.
• Implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance customer experience.
• Ensuring sales targets are achieved and managing the store’s budget.
• Developing and enforcing new policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Managing customer relationships and effectively resolving complaints.

Qualifications

• Qualifications and Criteria: University degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in store management or similar roles.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
• Knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
